This menu is Thai appetizer that always serve on ceremony. But it quite hard to find to eat for now because their method is hard to do and take time to make.
Soup (Select 1):
Hot and Sour Soup
The most popular soup of the Thai cuisine. The soup is packed with aromatic herbs such as galangal, lemongrass, kaffir lime leave, and coriander. It’s spicy and sour. The most popular meat is shrimp.
Coconut Soup (Tom Kha)
Similar to the Tom Yam soup. The different is coconut milk is added to make the soup creamier than the Tom Yam. The most popular meat is chicken.
Stir Fry :
Thai Stir-fried with Rice Noodle (Pad Thai)
Another popular Thai dish. Flat rice noodles are the leading players. Tamarind sauce is the key indicator of success for the dish. Fresh bean sprouts and garlic chives help perfect the dish.
Curry (Select 1):
Green Curry (Gang Keaw Waan)
Using the fresh green chili to make the curry paste, hence the color. Thai and pea eggplants are very important vegetables for the curry. Sweet basil is unmissable as well.
Kao Soi Curry (Khao Soi)
The red curry is used as the base. Indian Masala curry powder is added to make it become Khao Soi curry paste. Khao Soi is eaten with egg noodles instead of rice. THIS IS THE SIGNATURE CURRY OF CHIANG MAI CUISINE.
Red Curry (Gang Phed)
Similar to the green curry. The key different is that dried red chilies are used instead of fresh green chilies in the curry paste making process.
Banana in Coconut Milk (Gluay Buad Chee)
Poached banana in coconut milk should be the best definition for this popular Thai dessert. White sesame seeds are the topping.
