Course Menu

Soup (Select 1):

Hot and Sour Soup

(Tom Yam)

The most popular soup of the Thai cuisine. The soup is packed with aromatic herbs such as galangal, lemongrass, kaffir lime leave, and coriander. It’s spicy and sour. The most popular meat is shrimp.

Coconut Soup (Tom Kha)

Similar to the Tom Yam soup. The different is coconut milk is added to make the soup creamier than the Tom Yam. The most popular meat is chicken.

Stir Fry :

Thai Stir Fried with Rice Noodle (Pad Thai)

Another popular Thai dish. Flat rice noodles are the leading players. Tamarind sauce is the key indicator of success for the dish. Fresh bean sprouts and garlic chives help perfect the dish.

Curry (Select 1):

Green Curry (Gang Keaw Waan)

Using the fresh green chili to make the curry paste, hence the color. Thai and pea eggplants are very important vegetables for the curry. Sweet basil is unmissable as well.

Red Curry (Gang Phed)

Similar to the green curry. The key different is that dried red chilies are used instead of fresh green chilies in the curry paste making process.

Dessert:

Mango Sticky Rice (Khao Niao Mamuang)

This dessert is served in almost every Thai restaurant around the globe. The steamed sticky rice mixes with coconut milk, served with fresh ripe mango.

Special Menu (Select 1):

Thai Milk Tea (Cha Yen)

Thailand only has one famous (non-alcoholic) drink, and this is it: Thai iced tea. The orange coloured sweet concoction is so good it feels like it should be dessert.

Thai Lemon Tea (Cha Ma Nao)

This refreshing Thai Lemon Iced Tea is naturally sweetened with honey. It is perfect to serve on hot summer days or alongside homemade Thai food.
