Learn to cook 6 traditional dishes like Northern Thai Sausage and Thai coconut pancakes. Start at the local market, then tour our organic farm to pick fresh ingredients. With our English-speaking instructors, you'll master cooking techniques like lighting a charcoal grill, milling flour by using millstone, and coconut grating.
